When you will receive the file:
1. We will send the file after confirming the payment to the filled in e-mail address (we are not transferring digital assets in advance).
2. All ordered files are manually customized according to the customer's order.
3. Orders are processed according to their issuing order.
4. Files are sent on working days, usually within few minutes, however order processing period can be extended maximally up to 24 working hours since the payment for the order has been confirmed.
Important information before purchasing digital content:
Check the ECU software number before purchasing.
The most important file identification numbers are the Software number (e.g., 1037375898) and - if present - the Upgrade Software number (e.g., 1037400250).
The HW number is often missing from databases and is not always required for correct file identification.
Do not select a file based solely on the car model, engine displacement, or power output. Control units with the same software can be found in vehicles with different power outputs (e.g., due to different ECU coding).
All files offered are original - STOCK / ORI.
The files do not contain tuning or any additional modifications.
The file size may differ from the size of your read.
This does not mean the file is incorrect.
The calibration block containing the maps has a specific size for a given software version (e.g., 32 KB, 64 KB, or 128 KB). Different tools may save the same calibration in files of varying sizes (e.g., 512 KB, 1024 KB, 2048 KB, or 3072 KB).
This can be compared to the same content packed into boxes of different sizes - the content remains the same; only the file size generated by the tool changes.
Therefore, the validity of the file is determined by its content and software compatibility, not by the total file size.
If the received file is smaller than your read, the correct calibration block must be placed in the appropriate location within your own, larger file.
We do not offer a complete BDM read or a full ECU backup.
A full ECU read may consist of several memory areas:
- MPC / MICRO – the controller program, and sometimes maps and calibrations as well.
- INT FLS (Internal Flash) – internal Flash memory containing the ECU program or maps.
- EXT FLS (External Flash) – external Flash memory containing the ECU program or maps and calibrations.
- EEPROM – configuration data, e.g., immobilizer, VIN, coding, and adaptations.
From our store, you will receive a single file containing the engine maps and calibration data. Depending on the ECU design, this could be MPC / MICRO, INT FLS, or EXT FLS. We do not provide a complete ECU backup or the EEPROM file.
The processor designation (e.g., MPC562 or TC1796) does not determine the type of file you will receive.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract only if the file has not yet been sent to you. This means that once we send the file, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
