When you will receive the file:
1. We will send the file after confirming the payment to the filled in e-mail address (we are not transferring digital assets in advance).
2. All ordered files are manually customized according to the customer's order.
3. Orders are processed according to their issuing order.
4. Files are sent on working days, usually within few minutes, however order processing period can be extended maximally up to 24 working hours since the payment for the order has been confirmed.
Notes before buying digital assets:
1. All files are precisely described and are transferred according to the description attached.
2. All files are stock/original, these do not have any modifications included.
3. The same ECU software may have a different file size depending on the tool used.
For example, the actual software data may be 256 KB. All tools read the same data, but save it in files of different sizes, e.g. 512 KB, 2048 KB or 3072 KB.
All of these reads may be correct – the only difference is the size of the file generated by the tool. If the file you receive is smaller than your own readout, you should insert it into the appropriate location in your larger file.
What matters is the correct software content, not the size of the file generated by the tool.
4. We do not offect complete BDM read - it means that we will send to you only one file and it would be MPC or FLS file. You will not receive EPROM file!
5. You are entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract if the file has not been yet transferred to you. This means that when we send you a file, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
